| Those of you who say you dont take much notice of numbers but just enjoy the lifting of the weight confusses me a bit.
I am an old school body builder but i allways try and add at least 1/2 kilo every time i workout, i appreciate this dont allways happen but that is my goal every time i work out. If i am doing lets say 8 different exercises in a session i would be devastated if i hadnt added weight to at least one of those exercises.
To me thats the whole point of training, to thrive and lift the heaviest you can, we all train different but i thought that was one thing we all did the same, i dont understand the point in not taking much notice of how much weight you are lifting, Maybe its me who has the wrong idea but it worked for me years ago. :lift: |
