If you can't eat more food but want more nutrion in liquid, try this...
milk 2%
whey protein
cottage cheese 2%
yogurt 2%
honey
water as needed
blender it (flavors? sugar free pudding mix works a treat and thickens it too for texture, yeah thats what the shake companies use its labeled as modified food starch)

The goal is a blend that comes out to 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat by calories (can't tell you exact amounts as different products vary but get the ratio right by calories). Make up a 600 calorie drink and have 100 calories of it per each of your six meal a day. If you need more then go for a 1200 a day shake over your six meals. Cost is cheaper than MRPs and far better for you. Of course I'd suggest you just use my diatia to begin with! LOL ok LMAO
