| WHATS THE BEST WAY Should i be training with the heaviest weight possable, fairly strict for 8 reps or should i be using lower weights to get the burning feel in the muscle. After returning to the sport i have started off on light weights gradually adding 1/2 kilo at a time to get my weights higher. The first month i could feel the muscles burning, but i found i could gradually lift slightly heaver.
The problem i have now is that though i am lifting heavier than when i started two months ago and i find it hard to do the last rep, i have lost the burning feel. I am putting so much effort into lifting the weight rather than feeling it working. SO WHICH SHOULD I BE DOING ? |
