| That is cool. If they dont have carbs then I would add a small amount of flax seed and add some fruit like a bananna or some strawberries. If you dont have flax seed then eat some peanuts for the fat. Or even some olives about 3. This will give you some quality fats (mono-unsaturated) along with the good quality protein and quality carbs. Post workout can be taken by itself but I would still add the above if you can help it. The shakes are a supplement not a meal but will be ok for 2.
