60-70 mins should be enough to complete that routine. Make sure there's
constant progression in your training...increase (even by 2lbs) your lifts every week or increase the number of reps.
And mate don't get too hung up on BF %...i rather doubt you're 3%...you'd probably be dead (or very ill) by now.
I don't reccomend weight gainers as they are just high calories from sugary carbs and also set dosage. Get yourself some good protein powder and some maltodextrin/waxy maize and make your own!
