weetabix or some bread
protein shake

Meal 2
tuna sandwich
fruit smoothie

Meal 3
footlong subway sandwich meal

Meal 4
protein shake

Meal 5
Rice with some meat


training

mon -back/biceps/forearms
tues -chest/triceps/abs
wed -shoulders/legs
thurs -back/biceps/forearms
frid -chest/triceps/abs
satur -shoulders/legs
sun - rest
