don't understand if my body has far too much energy or wants more - v. wierd feeling, thank god i've finished my exams now!

thas what i picked up on too, good protein plus cheap as hell - i get morrison's bettabuy for 38p a tin - cheap as chips. I aslo get my eggs from there - 18 for about £1.50

Like the sound of that! 30% bf about 18 months ago and now i'm about 3 stone lighter at about 15% bf (18 stone to 15) with more lean mass and strength
