Most def! Veg, eggs, milk, oats etc...all processed food is almost always high on the GI, IMO milk is the wonder food/drink - good PCF ratio, slow digesting proteins and calcium helps in curbing excess fat that the body doesn't need from getting digested
think i might post my current cutting diet up now :o
