That is good mate. I actually was looking at that on the GI index. I guess I get on my high horse sometimes. I like the most natural of foods to be honest. The kind you can pick right up from God's green earth and eat. No processing, just wash and eat. Oh except potatoes, and bananas and corn. All the colors of the rainbow actually. Sweet potatoes instead if you must eat potatoes.
