| Me myself, I find that if I eat smaller meals I get hungry quicker.
If I eat big meals then I feel full for hours.
Also if I drink alot of water I seem to eat more. I dont know why this is but it is.
So if you eat like lets say 500 cal meals then you will be hungry every few hours.
I used to eat these zone bars that have 220 cals (40/30/30), 2 hours later I was more hungry than before I ate the bar.
Also if you eat less for long periods of time your metabolism will slow down, up to 35% slower. So the small meals will speed things up considerably.
Dont forget the water too.
