IMO add more protein. 180g is fine if you're a 120lb female looking to add some muscle, but for a 175lb guy looking to build muscle, 180g of protein isn't nearly enough. I found this out the hard way.

List up your full current diet. I'm sure we'll find lots of ways for you to add calories
