i'd say 5g PWO, obviously with a dextrose/fructose as u know...then 5g on her days off in the morning

i think u need it on ur days off imo.dont forget about the creatine in red meat also doc...dont know what the books has in there of red meat but up it abit if u want her to have more creatine...and remember she ways alot less than us so 5g's is a fair bit for her..anymore than 15g for me and my kidneys start to ache :boohoo:
