My girlfriend is 56.5kg, 26.5% BF (for a
female that is low, don't forget the boobies ;) ) and is on Chef x's Diatia diet, level 3 and in that diet it recommends 5g creatine in post workout shake.
I wanted her to have a good product so I bought 'Cubed' Tri-Creatine Malate by San which recommends 3 spoonfuls (15g) a day.
At the moment she is doing exactly the same routine as me, as recommended by Biker and others, just with less weight.
She wants to put on some quality muscle and hopes to look like one of Wingers fitness models one day
Question is, Diatia recommends 5g pwo, as she is doing 5 part split with me thats 5 times per week, is this enough? I know she doesn't have to load with this but should she be taking it on non-workout days aswell and how much please?
