hi guys
i just wondered if anyone could guide me in the right direction, basicly my girlfriend has just started going to the gym and she asked me what sort of routine she should be doing. shes not interested in building muscle or anything like that just keeping herself fit really so im geussing mainly cardio work??? . Im really happy for her and would love for her to enjoy it as much as possible so im thinking she should keep it simple and easy to start with so that she keeps and interest.
any ideas would be great thanks .. Dean
