depends how long you cook things and how much you put on there really. I stuck just 3 breasts on their the other night and there was really too much heat from the big grills so it just dryed them out. I stuck 1kg (about 6 massive breasts) on their last night and it cooked them perfect, i was pretty impressed at how tender they still were.
Eggs.... umm.... wouldnt they be a bit messy and just run all over the place on the grills? Think id rather just scramble them in the pan or poach them.
