| Eating at night I am and allways have been a night owl, if i go to bed before midnight then i just toss and turn all night. Because of this i am starving at 10 or 11pm and find myself eating the wrong food just to fill the gap.
I assume i shouldnt be eating after 8pm first of all but this cant be avoided as i am starving at this time, So any advice on a nice snack/meal that i could maybe eat.
(Please remember im tring to loose body fat also.) |
