| witch path to take ? hi all & happy new year to you. whats your views on this its 11 weeks till i start my next cycle i was thinking about going back to boxing & high intence cardio for 9 weeks witch will make me alot fitter & leaner hopefully get down to below 10% bf also boost my stamina im not planning to do any weight training at all in those 9 weeks i realise i may loose some muscle along with alot of bf. week 10 would be full body workout mon,wed,fri. then back on cycle week 11 training 1 bodypart per day what yous lot recon good or bad ? |
