I always look at it like this: You have a set number of calories per day no matter what your diet is. Apart from occasional cheats, you should use those calories to the absolute best of your ability. |

Well, the Leggs are cheap, cheaper than the breasts.
For the most part the breast is leaner.
If you are lacking fat in the diet you can make it up here.
