| Re: cardio time I would still lifts weights mate before you do your cardio. If you can go first thing in the morning that would be ideal. Lift weights for 30 mins and cardio for 40 mins. Always lift weights first and finish on cardio. I would aim to do this at least 4 times a week if possible. Like i say, go early if you can and try to go at it on an empty stomach, maybe just have water before hand and have breakfast after your session. It'll not burn off straight away but after 3/4 months at it im sure you'll be more than happy with the results......That will work aslong as you've got a good diet in place
