Your diet only effects your cholesteral by around 10%, if you're healthy.
Eating many eggs isn't really going to negatively effect you, and extra cholesteral is good for a bodybuilder.
Alternatively you could buy omega-3 eggs. They're produced by chickens fed on flax seeds, rather than corn (which is unnatural to chickens and produces more saturated fats.)
