Useless

I know this thread is really old but if you're still interested.....

Carb blockers are absolutely useless - they do indeed block carbohydrates and stop your body digesting them but..... each tablet can block only about 5-15g of carbohydrate so even if you took double the suggested dose the maximum amount of calories you could expect to block a day would be about 100-150. Save your money
