ok deca and sus is a perfect 1st cycle

1-8 deca 400mg
1-8 sus 500mg

hcg wont be needed mate as dose isnt high enough to give u serious shrinkage below, clomid 3 weeka after last deca shot and eat big threwout cycle and post cycle and u should gain weight and keep it..
