| Starting out I am 31, 6ft tall and weigh 70 kgs. Am getting into weight training and disatisfied with my progress. Naturally lean, I never seem to be able to bulk up and despite running dont seem to be able to shift the small layer of fat on for any chance of a six pack. (Adding weight for muscle vs losing fat on abdomed leaves dilemma... dont want more fat than I already have. What do you do?)
I am considering using steroids.
Any advice on whether to start, how to start, sourcing etc greatly appreciated! |
