To be honest mate your ****ing in the wind buying spplements at this stage. Its like sticking a spoiler on a rover metro, yes it will helps its downforce but whats the point when the rest of the car is far from an F1 car let alone anything that would require additional downforce.

Now Im not saying you are the metro but your current routine and diet is. Get the foundations in place, good routine, well structured balanced diet and get enough rest. THEN start tweaking things with the help of supplements. They are 5% of the equasion so why worry about 5% of your goal when you havent started on the other 95%
