112kg 1x4, 1x6
120kg 1x3

military press
53.5kg 1x8
61.5kg 1x8
67.5kg 1x8
71.5kg 1x8

power cleans
50kg 1x5
64kg 1x5
66kg 1x5

* i managed to fall forwards on set two of the squats,
* i did learn that i cannot get my straps to go on properly in shorts (ie bare legs) lesson learnt
* managed to get my 'a' in gear after the squats
* had a cracking nose bleed on the poower cleans []
