Then squats, deads and big movements will bring them up
NOW...fast forward 9-12 months and then load in more isolations
1-2 isolations per week is ok to begin with but get a bvase down with compounds and eat and they will grow
Mould your body in a universal manner to begin with and you wont be posting "I wish I had trained legs or back" in 2 years when you are having issues brining them up |
