you wouldnt walk in a gym and see tom platz farting about.

half reps seem to be the in thing for the t shirt boys who brag to their mates that they can squat x amount of poundage...yet they got no legs whatsoever.

in fact,they dont even stretch the ringpiece,never mind build the quads....they go lower to take a dump than they do with a bar!
