| Re: 2 questions help please thats what I mean. 3 responses; one says do it, one says dont and one says no if you dont need to, which is subjective. I guess the answer lies in training hard and tolerating some fat which is as far as I can tell inevitable with a sustained cal surplus and tackling it after the mass cycle. Will keep doing what I am doing (approx 500 cals a day surplus and hard lifting every other day) until I hit 13 stone which will take approx 6 weeks and sort it out then. |
