I thought I'd start a journal to keep me motivated.
I started dieting last week. My objective is to lose fat and
hopefully to be able to see my abs in a few months.
A few stats :
age : 29
height : 1m86
weight : 93.7 kg this morning
waist size : 91cm :-(
My training routine :
Monday : Legs/calves
Tuesday : Shoulders/Traps
Wednesday : Back/Biceps
Thursday : Legs/calves
Friday : Chest/Triceps
This week I've done cardio only on Tuesday after my training (45 min on stepper at low intensity)
