Thanks hun... will do.... Not sure I quite know what I'm doing, just concentrating on what feels right at the moment. I want to do a full test diet so:
a) I know what to expect come next year when I apply to compete in the spring
b) I leave enough time to work on the areas that are lagging behind. Thankfully that won't be my calves! Hahaha! I'm one of the lucky ones (or unlucky in IMO!)
