Yeah it's looking like that at the moment isn't it! LOL.... I've begun concentrating on bulking (well not really bulking at all, just not cutting) for the next month before I do a test pre comp prep diet.... that way hopefully I won't lose too much muscle when I cut. I've probably got more energy! xx
