Basically im eating 6 times a day, protein at every meal, was trying to keep complex carbs in the first 3 meals only then focus on fibrous in the others, fats with protein in final 2 meals. Have one day out of 4 where I eat more complex carbs through the day.
Think that b/c im eating fewer carbs, ive probably less energy to power workouts. The only thing is as im not working at the moment (student), so bumming around alot in the afternoons. I feel that if I have too many carbs throughout the day I wont burn them and theyll just be converted to fat (?) |
