| Re: 2 questions help please I sometimes use the thumbless grip as, for some strange reason, on some days I find I can press more weight that way. I'm always careful to have a good spotter though, because YouTube has scared me. LOL.
If you still want to keep up your cardio, do it AFTER weights, not before. Save your energy for the lifts and do cardio afterward. Apparently you burn more bodyfat that way. |
