| 2 questions help please would appreciate the help all...
1) I see a lot of big guys bench pressing with a grip that doesnt have the thumb around the bar. The bar kind of rests on the the palm of their hand near the wrist. I asked one of the guys and he said it was to reduce pressure on the wrist. Anyone seen this, is it a superior grip?
2) A number of people have told me to do cardio on my non lifting days. I have not weight trained in a while but have good fitness. I want to build some mass and strength but wouldn't cardio impede your recovery? Why woudl people do cardio in a mass program? Is it to keep fat under control and does that even work? would I be better off going flat out lifting hard, eating and resting and then tackle fat later?
