if healthy fats arent an issue, get some oils down you for easy cals, olive oil, natty peanut butter, almonds and other nuts that have good fats.
1 tspoon of peanut butter has 95 cals
1 tspoon of olive oil has 115-130cals
100g of almonds have over 600cals
if you really wanna push the cals, get yourself some grounded almonds and put them in your shaker with some skimmed milk or with some water and half a scoop of whey powder, the sweetness from the whey scoop will take away the bittery watered taste
