Gaspari reps have advised using it only on workout days, their opinion was that this was adequate. Studies showing the use of creatine not being required everyday were cited. This advice is not available however to consumers not frequenting certain forums. A re-labelling would be much more helpful here, far too many supplements IMHO are advised a certain way on the label but approved differently on forums by people 'in the know'.
