| Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 I'll ask you the same as I ask others...Why do you train doing shrugs on shoulders...It's one pull exercise matched with all push exercises...I see ppl doing this often and it makes me wonder...I've always been under the impression that shugs should be placed on back day with the other pull movements...Is there a legit reason or do you just do them there because thats where you saw someone else put them...? Not trying to give you sh!t or anything just generally curiouse...Your avy has you looking pretty solid so it must be working for ya...just wanted your take on it...Cheers
