Hey Shib, yeah mate I do feel a bit of a fat ba*stard. I'm just hoping that at the end of the cycle I will have a few kg of net muscle gain to be proud of.
Week two summary (1 day late) - still at 91.5kg so no gain over the last few days.
Have been feeling a bit flat last few days...not quite up to my workouts...a bit more enegetic this afternoon so should be hitt'n legs hard tomorrow. look'n forward to the winny kick'n in so I can get some definition back.
Am look'n at running Clen on week 7, then week 8 off, then again week 9(1st week of PCT), week 10 off and then week 11 on. This will alter depending on how much BF I am still holding towards the end of the cycle...If I need it I'll run it, if not I won't.
