recent injuries i have had include
* the recurring front delt problem that i train around
* a knackered rear delt (same arm) which reduced my ROM to below 45 degrees for the last 30 minutes of the rugby session
* a knackered ankle which i went over on and is nearly healed
* shin splints - recurring
* a pulled tricep
