Hey guys and girls thanks for the hints! I normally do fairly low intensity cardio... but I like to get the blood pumping so to speak every now and again!

Did a teeny bit of a workout in the 30 mins I had spare between my driving lesson and getting my ass back on the bus to work again!

Was a mix up of Back and shoulders I guess

Pullups
10 35kg assist
10 35kg assist
8 30kg assist

Deadlifts
12 20kg
12 40kg
12 40kg
8 50kg

Single Arm Rows
10 12.5kg PB
10 12.5kg
10 12.5kg

Standing Shoulder Press
10 10kg
10 10kg
10 12kg

Lateral Raises
10 4kg each side
10 4kg
10 4kg

It was about this time I realised I wasn't gonna make it to work unless I skidaddled! LOL(I haven't used that word in ages! That can be my word for the day!)

Feels good to have the very slight ache in my lower back from deads again, haven't been on them as much of late!
