A few quick questions... hey ppl,hows everyone doing?just a few quick questions i wanted to ask.
1.my weight seems to go up and down by about a kilo in the space of 2 days.does this happen to anyone else?i eat pretty much the same amount everyday,but this has happened a few times.i have only been going to the gym for just under 3 months,if that makes a difference.
2.i read in a magazine a recommended workout guide where u work ur biceps and triceps twice a week.i have been told by pretty much everyone that u should work each muscle only once a week.is the magazine wrong or what?
3.what are supersets?
4.when people say about going to failure,is it best to go to failure in every set or just the last set u do?
5.when benchpressing,should i use a wide grip or narrow grip or an even number of each sets?
6.is it ok to eat protein just before u go to bed or does it get wasted if u do?
7.should i do deadlifts on my hamstring day or the day i do my back?
