I would do this
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Let the guy train you on your shoulders and arms.
Skip the shoulders on Tuesday and wait till Thursday to do them with the guy training you.
Heck, he is going to train you and it wont cost you but gain in your knowledge on lifting. Ask him lots of questions. If something looks like it does not make sense, make a mental note and ask away on the fourm. Think of it as a oppertunity to learn more. You can apply this to your workout later if it is a sound routine.
