Well there's the taste and cost issue, if neither where of any bother then using EAA's would be the way forward. Now as they are not cheap you could just add 10g of EAA to some whey and corn flour, EAA's promote protein synthisis more than whey protein and are obviously a superior nitrogen source. Post workout you want to alkalize the body also so a juice of one lemon and one lime will see to this. They also provide some vitamin C for free radicals protection and cortisol reduction. Add a little unrefined sea salt to replace electrolytes and we're getting somewhere.
This will of course taste like sh1t so either use a nice flavoured whey or switch half the cornflour for dextrose
