Day 1 Legs
Day 2 Chest
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Back
Day 5 Shoulders
Day 6 Arms
Day 7 Rest
Each workout 50-60 Mins. Very hard with little rest between sets.
I still feel overtrained.
