Best PWO shake
I'm putting in an order now that will last til my shows, I have been using BSN True mass and I like it, I've never had a drink that mixes so well with 3 hefty scoops. I read something on another thread about a poor fat profile??? What is the best PWO shake I can buy that will be ok right through my prep???
