Sometimes i really think that nothing is happening and i am doing everything wrong. Sometimes really having very bad days. I know i need loads of patience. I do have it

But please, my iron friends, could you just have a little look and tell me if i am doing everything right? Is my diet ok or i have to change it a bit? Your opinion is really important for me. Please do not just pass by my thread. Thank you.
P.S. I have decided to do cardio. As i have an opportunity to go for a swim, i am going to do that. Starting today and will do that 3 times a week different days than weight training.
And i know by BF% It is 21.8% @ 97.15kg.
