You`ve no veg and salads in there for roughage,
I would have a couple more pieces of fruit at least
Add some red meat
Cottage cheese
Double or even triple the amount of extra virgin olive oil your having
Add some almonds in there
And have 6 meals instead of the 5
Plus why the heck are you counting calories if your only 99lbs for goodness sake just eat and eat good food,
GET ON THE SEE FOOD DIET "SEE FOOD AND EAT IT" its that simple.
And if that doesnt work just add a glass of milk to eat meal to even out the amino acid ratios and this will help your body absorb the protein better. |
