hhhmmm try lowering the reps and upping the weight perhaps, different reps systems i had in mind 5x5 a few guys use, but theres loads lol

if you have gone down maybe its your diet, you having a good pre workout meal, high in carbs?

i tend to have two bananas and a shake that gets me in the right frame of mind and then my beast of a post workout shake quickly gets me my energy back
