i vary between bar dumbbells and cables when arranged and as for next week shall switch it around as i want to get my deadlifts in that ive missed today so im breaking the routine mold just not on purpose some times
when i start loosing gains i shall change, but i may be changing my approach to bench press soon as i seem to be halted on exactly 80 which is doing my chuff in! |
