yes its my first, i am looking for otc supps, i find it difficult to get hold of the black market pct ive got dbols but dont want to take them without proper pct so im looking at otc supps.
im 38 years old,been training fior just over 2 years now. recovering from a broken leg at the mo but want things sorted ready for when im back in action. cant wait.
nolvadex and other otc pct are not good enough for a 3 week cycle of sd in your opinion.
this is what ive planned so far.
3 ad with the advanced pct. with size on
superdrol for 3 weeks with nolvadex for pct[ only option i can think of] with size on.
my diet as started allready and am training upper body at the mo all bench work. leg is not strongh enough yet.
so those are my 2 options what would you do
